Three foods to eat after menstruation to replenish iron deficiency

Women need more iron than men. Because of their physical constitution, it is not possible to fill the deficiency by just taking supplements. Rather, you need to have some foods in your diet every day that can fill the deficiency of iron. So, have something in your breakfast that fills the deficiency of iron.

Many people experience iron deficiency in their bodies after menstruation. Your body becomes weak due to anemia. The main reason for this is the major physical problem of anemia or blood deficiency. Many women suffer from this problem. Just as malnutrition is the cause, one of the biggest reasons is the need for iron in a woman's body.

While an adult male needs 8 milligrams of iron per day, an adult female body needs 18 milligrams of iron per day. Iron is also more important in a woman's body due to her menstrual cycle. Due to the amount of blood lost from the body every month, iron deficiency occurs in many cases. To meet this deficiency, one should eat iron-rich foods.

For that, eat oats-chia seeds. Mix a cup of dry oats, open them, shake them lightly, mix them with chia seeds, milk, maple syrup or honey and fill them in a jar. Mix 4-5 almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds in it. Keep these oats mixed with nuts and seeds in the refrigerator overnight and eat them in the morning. Eating it regularly will fulfill the needs of other vitamins and minerals in the body along with iron.
