If
the symptoms of constipation occur for a few days or if the duration of
constipation is less than three months, then this condition is called temporary
constipation. For example, after eating a large amount of meat at a function
somewhere, it was found that there is no bowel movement for two or three days
or there is a very hard small bowel movement, then this condition is called
temporary constipation.
Or
it was found that he is eating rice with meat, fish, eggs etc. three times a
day, so there is no regular bowel movement, but there is hard bowel movement or
symptoms of constipation, if it has been less than three months, then it will
be called temporary constipation. Or healthy throughout the year, but on the
day of Eid al-Adha, after eating a large amount of meat after Eid, there is no
bowel movement, bloating, abdominal pain, but this condition is also called
temporary constipation.
Symptoms:
1)
The normal routine of defecation will change.
2)
There will be hard stools.
3)
There will be pain in the rectum during defecation.
4)
A lot of time will be spent in straining to defecate.
5)
Stool may be scanty.
6)
Stomach can be swollen.
7)
Stomach pain may occur.
8)
There may be air release after some time.
9)
Appetite will decrease.
10)
May feel anxious and depressed.
11)
Normal activities will be disrupted.
Reason:
Temporary
constipation is mainly caused by abnormal lifestyle. For example:
1)
Eat less starchy foods and eat less vegetables.
2)
Not having regular bowel movements, holding back bowel movements.
3)
Not eating regularly.
4)
Lack of moderate sleep, worry, depression etc.
5)
Having problems with IBS.
6)
Side effects of medicine. Namely, calcium channel blockers, antispasmodic,
antidiarrheal drugs, iron tablets, aluminum containing antacids etc.
7)
Eating too much protein daily, like eating too much meat, can cause temporary
constipation.
To
avoid constipation:
1)
Constipation can be prevented by lifestyle changes. For example, eat enough
vegetables every day.
2)
Drink enough water.
3)
Eat less fast food.
4)
Excess oily food should be avoided.
5)
Avoid eating too much meat.
6)
It is better not to eat more than 100 to 150 grams of meat per day.
7)
Consume this syrup regularly.
8)
It is better to eat apple every day if possible. Apples contain enough fiber.
9)
Exercise regularly and get enough sleep.
