A very common form of
eczema is 'Housewives' Eczema'. It is widely seen. It is so named because it is
more common in women, but in some cases it also occurs in men.
Cause: Hereditary
tendency is the main reason behind this eczema. However, it has been found that
using soaps and detergents does not cure even hundreds of treatments; Recurring
or slowly increasing. When the patient completely stops using them as prescribed
by the doctor, it often worsens even after proper treatment. Then the patient
says that it increases after eating the so-called allergic food such as
brinjal, shrimp, hilsa, boal fish etc.
In fact, when eczema
appears on the hands, some foods cannot be touched. Be it for eating or for
cutting, sorting, washing or cooking. The same applies to many other foods such
as eggplant, beef, hilsa, prawns, etc. That is, if the patient has eczema on
the hands, he cannot touch many things with his hands.
Foods contain
ingredients that stimulate or excite the tissues of the skin of the hands
(especially the fingers) so that certain changes occur there, resulting in
periodic reddening, itching, formation of small nodules, and eventually the
disease. Comes with full features.
Directions: Eat with the help of a spoon.
Apart from washing dishes and cups, most of the hand work should be avoided;
For example, cutting vegetables, especially ginger, garlic, onion, etc. by
hand, aggravates the eczema of his hands. Therefore washing, cutting, picking
or handling with hands is prohibited for him. Apart from this, the disease is
definitely increased by rubbing oil and spices with hands. Even after cooking
food with salt, oil and spices, the disease increases. Eating foods that are
known to be allergenic but not causing eczema, is caused by direct contact with
the affected hands. If the patient eats these foods avoiding hand contact, then
the disease will never develop due to these foods. Even after the disease is
completely cured, these choices remain forever.
