Foods that should not be eaten with milk

 Everyone from babies to adults needs milk for adequate nutrition. Many also include milk in their daily diet. Some eat fruit, oil and spiced food with milk. But not everyone's digestive capacity is equal. That is why it is better not to take milk with some foods.

Yogurt: Although it is a dairy food, eating yogurt with milk is harmful for the body. Consuming these two foods together can aggravate gas and acidity problems.

Citrus Fruits: Oranges, Grapes, Pineapples – These citrus fruits should never be consumed with milk. These fruits are rich in acid. The resulting acid does not allow milk proteins to be easily digested. This can cause problems like gas, stomach ache. It is better not to eat sour fruits before or after milk, not with milk.

Jaggery: Many dishes are prepared by mixing jaggery with milk. Which are very delicious to eat. But if you have stomach problems, it is better not to eat jaggery with milk. Sugar can be consumed instead.

Fish: Fish and dairy foods should not be eaten together if you have digestive problems. Protein foods like fish and milk together can cause stomach upset. As a result, not only stomach problems, but also allergy problems can increase.

Salty food: Eating food like nimki, chips, cookies with milk can cause digestive problems. Also, electrolyte balance in the body may be disturbed.
