This drink combines with oral bacteria to form an acid that erodes tooth enamel. These drinks also lead to weight gain and a higher risk of stroke and dementia.

Drinking alcohol: This habit is not only bad for the liver but also damages the skin due to this habit. Drinking alcohol causes water deficiency in the body. Regular drinking increases the problem of dehydration. As a result, the skin begins to show signs of aging.

Processed meats: Bacon, sausages, hams contain excessive amounts of salt and chemicals due to long storage. If they are in excess, the risk of heart disease, diabetes and stroke increases.

Foods rich in gluten: Foods rich in gluten can make you age. These foods (mainly bread, bread, pasta, cakes, chips, sauces, beer) should not be eaten in excess. If consumed in excess, pimples and rashes may appear on the cheeks and forehead. A gluten allergy can also cause a skin rash.
