Foods that have more calcium than milk

It is well known that milk is a very good source of calcium. Calcium is an essential element for people of all ages. Deficiency of calcium in the body leads to weak bones.

It can also cause problems like dry skin, brittle nails, eczema, skin inflammation, itchy skin and psoriasis. Milk is not the only source of calcium deficiency in the body. There are foods that contain more calcium than milk. A report by the Indian media "Times of India" has informed about some such food. For example-

Tofu: Tofu is low in fat, high in protein. Cholesterol-free and calcium-rich tofu can be easily consumed by vegetarians.

Yogurt: Like milk, yogurt is a good source of calcium. Yogurt contains more calcium than the same amount of milk.

Orange juice: If you don't like to drink milk, you can drink orange juice to meet the deficiency of calcium in the body.

Oat Milk: Like almond milk, oat milk is rich in calcium.

Cheese: An ounce and a half of cheese contains more calcium than a glass of milk.

Sardine fish: Rich in omega three fatty acids, sardine fish plays a role in keeping the heart, brain, eyes and other body organs healthy. This fish is also a good source of calcium.

Seeds: Pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds contain more calcium than milk.
