Different colored foods contain different nutrients that help keep you healthy and active. Rainbow food should be used properly to stay healthy during this summer. Because different colored foods contain different vitamins and minerals.

Red colored foods: Red colored foods like dates, tomatoes, watermelon seeds, strawberries, capsicum etc help to keep the heart and eyes healthy. These foods are rich in nutrients such as beta carotene, vitamin A, anti-oxidants, sufficient iron, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, potassium etc. As a result, the eye sight is good and the blood circulation of the heart increases which helps to keep the heart healthy and strong.

Yellow food

Yellow colored food: Yellow colored food is very effective in improving skin health and brightening the skin. Some such foods are - ripe banana, pineapple, ripe papaya, yellow capsicum, yellow lemon, sweet pumpkin, fig, egg yolk etc. Yellow fruits and vegetables contain sufficient amounts of vitamin A, vitamin C, beta carotene, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, etc.

Orange-colored foods: Orange-colored fruits and vegetables such as oranges, melons, carrots, etc. are rich in beta-carotene and antioxidants. Various studies have shown that parotin is converted into vitamin A in orange fruits and vegetables. Eating these foods keeps the eyes healthy as well as the respiratory system.

Green and dark green foods: Lemons, cucumbers, green guavas, apples, fresh vegetables are rich in vitamin C and are rich in antioxidants, which help boost our immune system. If you want to stay healthy, you can keep a moderate amount of rice with more colorful vegetables and greens recipes along with fish or meat.

Blue and Purple Foods: Blue and purple vegetables and fruits contain powerful antioxidants called anthocyanins, which help keep the skin beautiful and smooth. For those who want to retain youth for a long time, blue-purple colored fruits and vegetables can be kept in sufficient quantity in the daily diet.

 

White colored food: pure white water, eggs, milk, white colored fruits and vegetables like cucumber, pear etc. Without pure water, water deficiency may occur in the body during this scorching heat, which may cause dehydration in the body. Therefore, to keep the body properly hydrated, an adult should consume two to three liters of water throughout the day.
