Red
colored foods: Red colored foods like dates, tomatoes, watermelon seeds,
strawberries, capsicum etc help to keep the heart and eyes healthy. These foods
are rich in nutrients such as beta carotene, vitamin A, anti-oxidants,
sufficient iron, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, potassium etc. As a result, the
eye sight is good and the blood circulation of the heart increases which helps

smooth. For those who want to retain youth for a long time, blue-purple colored
fruits and vegetables can be kept in sufficient quantity in the daily diet.
White
colored food: pure white water, eggs, milk, white colored fruits and vegetables
like cucumber, pear etc. Without pure water, water deficiency may occur in the
body during this scorching heat, which may cause dehydration in the body.
Therefore, to keep the body properly hydrated, an adult should consume two to
three liters of water throughout the day.
