Many
of us can suffer from pain problems due to not sleeping properly. Our spine
does a lot of work when we sleep. To keep the spine alive, the body gets its
necessary material through the blood.
If
the spine and other joints in the body do not maintain a normal state during
our sleep, the spinal blood flow is obstructed. As a result, the bones of the
spine, vertebrae, muscles and ligaments are damaged. If this condition
continues for a long time, sometimes the problem of pain in the body is
created.
Proper
sleeping method:
1)
While sleeping we should take care that our hands, feet and spine position is
correct.

A common technique is to sleep with a pillow under the neck.
Many
of us are used to sleeping with a pillow under our head. As a result, our
cervical spine bones are curved. If this condition continues for a long time,
it can slowly lead to neck and back pain.

If you have to sleep on your back, it is better to put a pillow under your
knees.
2)
It is better to use a pillow or a pillow between the knees if you sleep on your
side.
3)
It is not right to use extra hard or extra soft mattress while sleeping.
4)
It is better to use medium soft and medicated mattress. Those who do not use
mattresses can sleep on a normal mattress.
5)
Should not sleep on floor or wood.
Proper
sleep regimen to cure anxiety headache: Proper sleep regimen is very effective
in curing this pain. Improper positioning of the head and neck puts pressure on
the muscles around the head. If such pressure continues for a long period of
time, headache starts. The use of cervical pillow is very effective in curing
such headaches.
