Headache is a disease that cannot be seen, only felt. It is a very painful feeling. Headaches are most often caused by neurological problems, but eye problems can also cause headaches.

Eye headaches can be caused by: myopia, migraines, eye infections, strabismus in children, dry eye, and increased intraocular pressure (due to glaucoma).

Apart from this, not using glasses of the right power, working by looking at the mobile or computer screen for a long time, studying or working in a place with insufficient light, feeling tired in the eyes due to lack of sleep and people suffering from presbyopia or challase disease can cause headaches due to not using glasses. can

To Do:

1) If you suffer from headache for a long time, you must check your eyesight.

2) Do not stare at the screen, blink frequently and follow the 20-20 rule. To follow the 20-20 rule, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds after working on the computer for 20 minutes. Then keep the eyelids closed for 20 seconds.

3) Migraine triggering factors should be avoided like noise, bright light, continuous overwork without rest.

4) After reaching the age of 40 years, one should go to an eye doctor for an eye test.

5) If there is a glaucoma patient in the family, the rest of the family members should go to the eye doctor and check whether they have glaucoma or not.

6) Study and work in adequate light.

7) Strabismus or crooked eyes in children can be corrected through surgery.

8) Adequate rest is essential.

9) If you feel dryness in the eyes, use the drops as per the advice of the ophthalmologist. If you suffer from headaches for a long time, you should definitely consult a doctor instead of ignoring it.
