When
you have hypertension at a young age, the first thing you'll want to do is eat
beef. If you think about it a little, you'll realize that the fault isn't with
the cow or beef, but with yourself.
It is not possible to get high blood
pressure just by eating beef. Most hypertensive patients do not eat beef every
day, even every day. Most of the populations in the world that eat the most
beef have lower rates of hypertension than we do.
The
main problems for hypertension patients in South Asia, including Bangladesh,
are smoking, insulin resistance, chronic stress, and lower than normal HDL.
We see many people around us who have hypertension at a young age (below 45). They lead a normal (inactive) life in our language. They do not exercise all year round, their weight is not too high, between 75-80. They smoke a little bit of bidi cigarettes, not more than five-seven a day. Men will eat a little of that.
If you get the chance to hang
out with friends or colleagues, if you do not have a couple of hard drinks, you
will not have any respect from that university life.
Since, for many years, there has been no
physical activity, no walking in the sun, out of 75 kg, there is not even the
30 kg of muscle mass that should be there. There is only 22-25 kg or even less.
There is the stress that is a daily companion of modern life.
And for a long time, soft drinks, refined
oil, and late dinners have been going on. If you look closely, you will see
that eggs are being eaten at the highest 5-6 or 8 times a week, and beef is
being eaten 2-3 times, not even a kilogram in total.
But they smoke 35-200 cigarettes a week,
sleep late every day, drink several liters of soft drinks, and then drink light
hard drinks. Not even a crow knows about this, except for their partners in
crime.
Soft and hard drinks together are playing
twelve games for the liver, depositing fat in the arteries. Cigarettes are
damaging the walls of the arteries, making them thin on one hand, and reducing
their flexibility on the other. Lack of sleep prevents the body from calming
down, and high blood pressure persists.
What are the benefits of eating beef,
lamb, or eggs for all of this?
They chose an easy enemy as a scapegoat, they did not solve the real problem. All this has been going on for the last seventy years. As a result, the number of patients has not decreased, it has only increased. Neither
I nor anyone else can prevent
death. Death is the inevitable outcome of every life. We can only try to live
healthily and die healthily without becoming a burden to others. Trust me,
there is nothing more painful than living and dying as a burden to others.
Instead of blaming beef, look at the bigger problems.
Avoid smoking, sugar, artificial trans fats, unnatural oils, moderate sleep deprivation, vitamin C and magnesium deficiencies.
People have been healthy for
thousands of years by eating beef because these problems did not exist before.
Will pouring water on the problem without
addressing the root cause solve it?
However, it should be
remembered that those whose body condition is already quite bad should not plan
to eat beef just by reading this post. Consult
your doctor and nutritionist. Source: Sajal's Diet Philosophy
