Suffering from constipation? Eating which will give you easy relie


Eid or wedding ceremony - no matter what the event is, there are various types of meat items in it. Apart from this, there are invitations to relatives' houses as well. There is no shortage of food. As a result, excessive protein and oil-based food is consumed without even wanting it. Because of this, many people suffer from constipation after the festival. And to overcome this problem, you can eat several types of seeds regularly.

According to the Institute of Medicine USA, an adult needs 1 gram of protein per kg of body weight per day. That is, if a person weighs 60 kg and does not do any heavy work, then he needs 60 grams of protein per day. Constipation will occur if it is more than this. And therefore, to eliminate this constipation, you should eat some types of seeds, then your constipation will be eliminated.

Most seeds contain a lot of essential nutrients, which are high in fiber and have laxative properties. They can help effectively reduce the effects of constipation. You can soak the seeds in water and eat them. You can also eat them in other ways. And know which seeds you should eat to relieve constipation—

Chia seeds are very effective in relieving constipation. These seeds are well known for their high fiber content and gel-forming properties. When soaked in water, chia seeds expand and form a gel-like substance, which can help relieve digestive problems and constipation. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds with a glass of water and leave it for about 15 minutes. Stir well before drinking. You can add lemon juice to it if you want.

 Flaxseeds are also packed with fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. They are a great natural remedy for constipation. The omega-3 fatty acids in them help lubricate the intestines, making it easier to pass stools. You can grind these seeds into a fine powder and mix them with water. You can also sprinkle them on cereal, yogurt, or salad.  

Sesame seeds are also very effective in relieving constipation. You can eat sesame seeds with cereal or salad. You can also grind them into powder and sprinkle them on snacks.

Psyllium seeds or psyllium husks act as natural laxatives. They contain soluble fiber, which swells in the intestines and helps reduce constipation. Mix 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium husks with a glass of water, stir well and drink immediately. Consuming them regularly can help relieve constipation. 

Fenugreek seeds aid in digestion and help relieve constipation. These seeds have mucilaginous properties, which means they help lubricate the intestines. Soak 1-2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in a glass of water overnight and drink it in the morning. 

Apart from this, we have found some other solutions to relieve constipation. They can be applied. For example, to relieve constipation, you should drink enough water every day. And you should exercise regularly. Apart from this, walking for 15 to 20 minutes every day can also be beneficial.

And don't eat too much meat. It's best not to eat more than 100-150 grams a day. On days when you eat a lot of meat, include vegetables, carrots, and cucumbers in your menu. Eat prebiotics like yogurt. These increase the presence of beneficial bacteria in the intestines and relieve constipation. You can also drink herbal teas like mint tea or ginger tea to relieve constipation.
