Many people wrinkle their noses when they hear the name radish. Radish is disliked by some mainly because of its smell. But the vegetable that is neglected - radish is quite beneficial for the human body. Radish is more beneficial than radish.

It contains a lot of vitamin 'A' and minerals. Eating radish regularly in winter fulfills most of the daily vitamin needs. It contains 95 percent water. It contains only 3 percent carbohydrates. Radish contains a good amount of vitamin C. Therefore, it is good to eat radish regularly for good health and improving immunity. However, vitamins are destroyed by excessive heat. If you have a bad taste in your mouth, you can eat radish. It helps in increasing your appetite. Those who are suffering from fever and have no taste in their mouth can chew radish. Applying thin slices of raw radish to the skin removes acne. Mothers who breastfeed their babies regularly eat radish to increase their breast milk. Radish is also very beneficial for piles patients. Regularly eating radish provides relief from piles. Eating dried radish soup and tying dried radish in a cloth and baking it will also relieve the pain of piles.
